Job Description

Assist with field investigations, site visits, and documentation of existing conditions.
Contribute to the design and development of HVAC and related mechanical systems for building projects.
Develop and modify Revit and CADD models using existing documentation, surveys, and design information.
Perform engineering calculations, system sizing, and technical analyses under supervision.
Coordinate designs with architectural, structural, electrical, plumbing, and other project disciplines.
Prepare plans, details, schedules, and related contract documents in accordance with company standards.
Assist in the preparation of technical specifications, quantity take-offs, and cost estimating documentation.
Review construction submittals, shop drawings, and product data under the direction of senior staff.
Participate in construction phase services, including site observations and documentation of project progress.
Maintain current knowledge of applicable building codes, energy codes, and industry design standards.
