Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Develop processes and work instructions for build-to-print parts.
- Lead new product introduction (NPI) activities and support production ramp-up.
- Support machined component and complex assembly development.
- Create and maintain bills of materials (BOMs), facility layouts, and assembly line layouts.
- Drive Lean/Kaizen initiatives to improve efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and optimize flow.
- Act as a hands-on resource with broad capability across fabrication, welding, and machining.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferred) or Associate’s in Engineering Technology with equivalent experience.
- 7–12 years of manufacturing engineering experience in aerospace/defense.
- Experience with machining, welding, and metal fabrication processes.
- Strong skills in process development, BOMs, and work instructions.
- Lean/Kaizen mindset and proven success driving continuous improvement.
- Must be a U.S. person under ITAR (U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder).
