Pay: $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year

Note: Candidates must have 2+ years of construction experience, including experience with mechanical systems involving HVAC and/or plumbing. We're looking for someone with a solid technical foundation who is excited to grow in mechanical project engineering.

Job Description

• Coordinate HVAC and plumbing installations to help keep construction projects running smoothly.
• Review mechanical drawings, specifications, and project documentation to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Prepare RFIs, change orders, project schedules, and progress reports.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and field personnel to solve challenges and meet deadlines.
• Attend project meetings, coordinate construction activities, and monitor progress.
• Assist with project closeout, punch lists, and operations and maintenance documentation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of construction experience with exposure to HVAC and/or plumbing systems.
• Ability to read construction drawings and understand mechanical installations.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with construction coordination, RFIs, and project schedules.
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or other construction management software is a plus.
• Comfortable working on-site and collaborating with construction teams.
