Mechanical Project Lead Engineer

Requirements

• Professional engineering licence and minimum of BSME
• 15 years minimum of proven mechanical Engineering experience within the pharmaceutical, Biotech, or Life Sciences industry
• Solid understanding of cGMP, ISO, and ISPE standards.
• Solid understanding of HVAC and associated hydronic systems.
• Working knowledge of HVAC and pumping control strategies
• Duties and responsibilities
• Meet with clients to represent mechanical on projects.
• Mechanical lead to oversee HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection.
• Coordinate with other disciplines towards a comprehensive and coordinated product.
• Assess project requirements and oversee project design to completion.
• Project mechanical lead will include managing designers and budgeted hours.
• Work with code officials and other design professionals when an interpretation or exception to design standards
