Mechanical Project Manager
Pay: Up to $110,000 per year
Location: Near Albany, NY (on-site)

Role Description

Our client is hiring a full-time, on-site Mechanical Project Manager near Albany, NY. In this role, you'll oversee project planning and execution, keep schedules and budgets on track, coordinate with clients and contractors, and manage procurement activities. You'll also supervise the installation of mechanical systems, provide technical expertise, and help maintain compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Expertise in building services and plumbing for commercial and industrial projects
• Proficiency in procurement and budgeting principles and processes
• Strong understanding of mechanical engineering concepts and best practices
• Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, construction management, or a related field preferred
• Previous experience in mechanical contracting or construction project management is highly desirable
• Familiarity with safety regulations and practices in the mechanical contracting industry

Additional Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in construction project management
• Able to start immediately
• Valid driver's license
