Salary: $90,000-$130,000 per year

Requirements

• Experience managing mechanical construction projects involving HVAC, plumbing, piping, refrigeration, or related commercial mechanical systems.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred. Equivalent industry experience will be considered.
• Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers looking to advance into a Project Manager role are encouraged to apply.
