MECHANICAL PM / SPM QUALIFICATIONS:

️ 9+ years of experience managing mechanical construction projects

️ Strong working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and piping systems, from design review through commissioning and closeout

️ Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, change orders, and cost control

️ Experience coordinating subcontractors, vendors, design teams, and owners

️ Leadership skills to mentor project teams and drive projects to on-time, high-quality completion
