Position Overview
The Mechanical Technician keeps oilfield equipment in top condition so it is ready for field crews on time. You will maintain and repair assigned equipment, follow standard work, and help reduce equipment downtime. This is a hands-on shop role with potential for temp-to-hire conversion.

Every piece of pressurized oilfield equipment that leaves the shop has to perform when crews need it, and the Mechanical Technician makes that happen. You will inspect, repair, and maintain equipment so it returns to service quickly and safely. Your work cuts downtime, protects the people who rely on this equipment, and keeps operations on schedule. You will use hand and pneumatic tools every day, learn the maintenance systems the company runs on, and receive training to build your skills. With steady overtime, weekly pay, and potential for temp-to-hire conversion, strong performers have a clear path toward the client’s direct payroll.

Work in a Minot, ND shop where you will maintain, repair, and test oilfield equipment, with training provided and steady overtime. Build hands-on skills that open doors in oil and gas.
