- Pay rate: Up to $36.68/hour
- Job Location: Ashland, MA requires occasional travel to Boston, MA worksite
- Schedule: Monday Friday, 1st shift

Description:
We're seeking a Mechatronics Engineer to support manufacturing operations by designing, developing, and maintaining integrated electromechanical systems. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer who enjoys hands-on automation, troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and test mechatronic systems and components
- Develop control systems and algorithms for automated equipment
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain existing mechatronic systems
- Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to implement technical solutions
- Document designs, testing activities, and engineering processes
- Travel between Hopkinton and Boston facilities as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, or a related Engineering discipline
- 3+ years of experience as a Mechatronics Engineer
- Experience with:
- CAD software
- PLC programming
- Control system design
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
Preferred Experience
- Manufacturing or automated production environment experience
- Hands-on integration of mechanical, electrical, and software systems
- Robotics and industrial automation experience
