About the Role:
JBD Grace Rochester Hills LLC is looking for a dedicated and skilled Med Tech to join our team in Rochester Hills, MI. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of residents every single day in a supportive and caring environment.



Responsibilities:

• Administer medications to residents accurately and in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• Document medication administration and report any changes in resident condition to nursing staff
• Monitor residents for medication side effects, reactions, and overall well-being
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medication records and medication administration records (MAR)
• Assist with resident care tasks as needed, including activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary care team members
• Ensure medication storage areas are organized, secure, and compliant with regulations

Requirements:

• Current Med Tech certification or Medication Aide certification in the state of Michigan
• Prior experience in a long-term care, assisted living, or senior care setting preferred
• Strong knowledge of medication administration procedures and safety protocols
• Excellent attention to detail and accurate documentation skills
• Compassionate, patient, and resident-focused demeanor
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate clearly
• Must pass a background check and meet all state licensing requirements
