Location: Hoboken, NJ (On-site)

Duration: contract through 1/31/27 with a high chance of extensions and/or FTE conversion

Role Overview

An established organization is seeking a technical Media Analytics Manager to lead the interpretation and analytics reporting of media insights. This role focuses on supporting Tier 3 suppliers by translating complex technical knowledge to answer critical business questions and drive future strategic actions. The successful candidate will work with large datasets, build predictive models, and collaborate closely with suppliers and internal sales teams to provide measurable value.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on analysis and conduct in-depth investigations with the media team to execute end-to-end measurement projects.
• Manage the interpretation and analytics reporting to provide data-driven insights, best practices, and actionable recommendations.
• Build, scale, and optimize measurement and analytics tools to support business requirements.
• Support Tier 3 suppliers and collaborate with sales teams and internal stakeholders, including Marketing, Product, and Engineering.
• Translate highly technical methodologies and metrics into clear, understandable insights for business stakeholders.
• Drive process improvement initiatives to scale data and measurement solutions efficiently.
• Work through business ambiguity to establish clear direction and actionable project milestones.

Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelors degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.

Experience: One to three years of experience in integrated marketing strategy, media analytics, and measurement. Proven experience in project management with a high volume of reporting and analysis requests is necessary. Candidates must possess professional experience in client-facing interactions or demonstrate a strong interest in business-focused communication.

Technical Skills: Professional proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and Python for building predictive models. Strong hands-on experience with Tableau for data visualization, along with advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a quantitative field.
• Three or more years of experience with media and marketing measurement, analytics, and reporting within an advertising agency or consulting environment.
• Familiarity with online advertising, targeting, and measurement systems (such as Ad servers, DSPs, and DMPs) as well as programmatic ad buying platforms.
• Experience working in a fast-paced agile environment, delivering functional features in short time durations.
