Whiting-Turner is a national leader in construction. We are seeking an aspiring design graduate in the third or fourth year of their college program. This individual will join a talented group of media design and marketing professionals in support of the firm's business development efforts. The ideal candidate possesses course knowledge and experience in both print and digital media.

This position encompasses several, varied activities, including supporting our media designers and marketers in:

• Promoting and maintaining brand identity.

• Project pursuit support efforts, including:

• Designing qualifications / proposal templates.

• Developing project-specific graphics.

• Marketer design assistance.

• Active project support, including:

• Photography and videography.

• Site signage.

• Miscellaneous jobsite items.

• Sponsorship ad design.

• Miscellaneous communications design.

• Video creation (filming, editing and finalization).

• Photo archive management / maintenance.

• Internal projects and support.

The successful candidate must be in the process of achieving a bachelor's degree in graphic design (or a related field) and be proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud.

The Company's pay ranges are dependent on a number of factors including but not limited to role, previous internships with the Company, education experience, and location. The pay range listed is subject to change at any time, in the Company's discretion, and does not alter in any way the at-will nature of the employment relationship. The foregoing information reflects pay range only and does not include other forms of compensation to which employees may be entitled.

This salary range is for Maryland/DC only.

Salary Range

$14.00 - $26.00
