  • Support general office operations and ad hoc projects

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years in an administrative, coordinator, or assistant role
  • Prior experience in a healthcare/clinical environment (clinic, hospital, medical practice) a strong plus
  • Comfortable with medical terminology and healthcare workflows
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially on the phone
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and scheduling tools
