Job Title: Medical Assembler II (1st and 2nd shift)
Client: Medical Device Manufacturing Company
Duration: 1 Year
Location: Brooklyn Park, MN 55445
Shift: 1st Shift (5:00 AM - 3:30 PM) and 2nd Shift (3:30 PM - 2:00 AM)
· Assemble medical devices on multiple product lines.
· Follow SOPs, Quality System procedures, GMP, and GDP.
· Complete Device History Records (DHR), Data Sheets, and Lot Control documentation.
· Meet production and quality standards.
· Cross-train on different assembly operations as needed.
· Support Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
· Maintain a clean room environment and follow safety procedures.

· High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
· 1-2 years of Medical Device or ISO-certified assembly experience preferred.
· 2-3 years of Medical Device or ISO-certified assembly experience required if no High School Diploma.
· Ability to read and follow written work instructions.
· Basic math and computer skills.
· Experience working in a clean room environment.
· Good hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills.
· Experience using microscopes, soldering irons, calipers, or similar manufacturing equipment is a plus.
