Medical Assembler

Job Title: Medical Assembler

Client: Medical Device Manufacturing Company

Duration: 6 Months (Possible Extension)

Location: Menlo Park, CA 94025

Shift: 1st Shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday–Friday)

Description:

• Assemble electronic and mechanical medical devices.
• Build modules, boards, panels, frames, and cables.
• Follow diagrams, schematics, and work instructions.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment.
• Perform continuity checks and quality inspections.
• Rework, modify, and test assemblies as needed.
• Support packaging and production operations.
• Report equipment issues or production abnormalities.
• Follow manufacturing and safety procedures.

Required Qualifications:

• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Ability to use microscopes for precision assembly.
• Experience assembling small parts.
• Good attention to detail.
• Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic manufacturing knowledge preferred.
• No prior experience required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Medical device or electronics assembly experience.
• Experience in a cleanroom environment.
• Familiarity with quality inspection procedures.
• Experience using hand and power tools.
• Basic computer skills.
