Perform mechanical and precision assembly of medical device components and sub-assemblies, including wiring, soldering, cable assembly, bonding, potting, and fitting while following blueprints and manufacturing procedures.

Key Responsibilities
Perform mechanical and precision assembly of components and sub-assemblies.
Perform wiring, hand soldering, cable assembly, bonding, and potting.
Set up and adjust equipment while maintaining required tolerances.
Follow blueprints, work orders, procedures, and production schedules.
Operate manufacturing equipment used for ultrasound transducer components.
Complete work orders on schedule to maintain production flow.
Identify and report non-conforming materials and equipment issues.
Record labor time accurately in the MRP system.
Clean and maintain equipment, tools, and fixtures.
Maintain 5S standards and support Lean/Continuous Improvement.
Develop proficiency in at least one area such as bonding, wiring, or potting.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED.
1–2 years of related assembly/manufacturing experience.
Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Self-directed and organized with minimal supervision.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
Ability to stand, sit, and walk for up to 8 hours/day.
Preferred
Lean Manufacturing experience.
Medical device or precision manufacturing experience.
Experience with soldering, wiring, bonding, or potting.
