What You’ll Do

• Assemble and inspect small components with precision.
• Follow written instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Use basic hand tools and production equipment.
• Inspect parts for quality, accuracy, and consistency.
• Follow cleanroom protocols and workplace safety procedures.
• Complete basic production records and documentation.

What We’re Looking For

• A dependable attitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to read, understand, and communicate work instructions in English.
• Comfort with standing and performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus but not required.
