Medical Assistant (Full-Time)Location: Mountlake Terrace, WANorthwest Pain Management is expanding our team and seeking a Medical Assistant or CNA to join our Mountlake Terrace clinic. We are dedicated to being the preferred provider of pain management services in the region, and our compassionate team has made a meaningful difference in the lives of patients living with chronic pain.As a Medical Assistant in our clinic, you will play an essential role in supporting patient care through medical evaluation, treatment, and management strategies-all while contributing to an environment of excellence in patient services.Key Responsibilities:Assist physicians and advanced practice providers in the clinical settingPerform data entry and scribingObtain prior authorizations for medications and proceduresVerify patient insuranceTriage patient calls and concernsSupport interventional proceduresAssist with schedulingTravel occasionally to our satellite clinics as needed Schedule:Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMFriday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PMNo evenings, weekends, or holidaysIdeal Candidate Qualities:Reliable, team-oriented, and organizedStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProficient with computers and electronic medical recordsAble to multitask in a fast-paced environmentFlexible and willing to cover shifts as neededReliable transportationMA certification preferred but not requiredCompensation:$20 – $23 per hour, depending on experience If you are a motivated, dependable professional looking to grow your career while making a difference in patients' lives, we would love to hear from you.
