The Medical Assistant II (MA) is responsible to the Clinic Manager, Assistant Manager, Nurse Supervisor and/or provider and works under the direct supervision of a licensed medical professional. The Medical Assistant II must be a certified MA and able to perform all tasks of a Medical Assistant I with excellent competency. These tasks include delegated clinical and administrative duties. Collects, records, and reports patient care data, carries out age-specific, direct patient care, performs/assists with general and specialized procedures and treatments per protocol. Provides full range of Medical Assistant assigned duties and support in the clinical ambulatory care setting.
