Job Title: Medical Assistant - Medical Assistant
Location (On-site, Remote, or Hybrid?): Beverly Hills, CA (onsite)
Contract Duration: 13 weeks
Work Hours: Day 5x8-Hour (07:00 - 19:00)
Total Weekly Hours: 40 hrs

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience: 2 years in an outpatient clinic setting.
- MEDICAL ASSISTANT DIPLOMA FROM A DAPIP-ACCREDITED PROGRAM.
- Certs: BLS ( AHA or ARC only)
- Education: HS/GED
- Flu Vaccine (No declinations/no exemptions)
- First time travelers: NO, travel exp required
- Special Requirements/Hard stops: 1 year of recent Epic Experience and Provider Pool Management.
JOB DETAILS:
- Shift: 8 hours between 0700-1900 (weekdays) and 0800-1700 (weekends)
- Weekend REQ: Yes, Weekend availability is required
- NO SCHEDULING REQUESTS CAN BE ACCOMMODATED.
Job Duties: Appointment Scheduling and Patient Registration, Managing 6-8 provider pools and inboxing. Must be able to type 40-45 WPM
