Infection Prevention & Patient Safety: Consistently follow standard precautions, bloodborne pathogen safety practices, proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), sharps safety, hand hygiene, cleaning and disinfection protocols, and other established infection prevention procedures to protect patients, colleagues, and the clinical environment.
Patient Experience & Communication: Provide professional, compassionate, and culturally responsive service, address routine patient questions within the scope of the role, and escalate clinical concerns or sensitive matters to appropriate licensed staff.
Clinical Readiness & Supply Management: Prepare and maintain examination rooms, equipment, and supplies; monitor inventory; support equipment cleaning and maintenance; and ensure clinical areas remain organized, safe, and ready for patient care.
Front-Office & Back-Office Flexibility: Effectively transition between clinical and administrative responsibilities based on patient volume, staffing, and operational needs, helping maintain efficient clinic operations and a seamless patient experience.
Regional Clinic Support & Coverage: Provide clinical and administrative support at other Midway Specialty Care locations within the assigned region and, when needed, across the organization's broader footprint. Travel and temporary clinic coverage will be coordinated with advance notice and appropriate scheduling based on operational needs.
