We are a busy, fast-paced Chiropractic office looking to add an energetic, friendly, competent, quick learning, self-sufficient assistant to our practice. You MUST HAVE at least 6 months of hands-on office experience. You must be able to efficiently multi-task and retain all learned aspects of this position in a timely fashion. Job duties include (but not limited to) answering phones, speaking with patients/other doctors and attorneys with up most professionalism, greeting patients, verifying insurance, checking out/rescheduling patient appointments, collecting payments, general office cleaning, taking and recording vital signs, requesting medical records from other providers, managing patient files, typing skills and computer knowledge is a must. The position to start is for part time but with the potential to transition into a full-time role.
Bilingual (ENGLISH/ SPANISH) a plus.
Has to have at least 6 months or more of hands-on office experience.
Sign on bonus included.

8:15 am to 2:00 pm -Monday
8:15 am to 12:00 pm- Tuesday
7:15 am to 2:00 pm- Wednesday
8:15 am to 2:00 pm- Thursday
