Position Summary
Responsible for the care and comfort of all patients and their families.
Responsible for:
- Rooming patients
- Taking vital signs
- Performing phlebotomy
- Assisting with procedures
- Maintaining appropriate practice logs
- Informing patients of normal lab results
- Patient flow
- Comprehensive documentation to support the care of the patient
Position Requirements
- MA or RMA Certification
- Certified in CPR
- Medical practice management and EMR software experience preferred, specifically Epic
- Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word and Excel, helpful
- Excellent oral/written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Detailed oriented
- Flexible, able to adapt to change
