As a Medical Assistant you will be responsible for providing support to ensure efficient operation of the medical office. You will support doctors and patients through a variety of tasks related to patient care management, organization and communication. The target is to complete all activities accurately, with high quality and in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

Prepares patients for examination by performing preliminary physical tests; taking blood pressure, weight, and temperature; and reporting patient history summary.
Phlebotomy
Administer injections
Basic X-ray's
Assist during medical examinations
Prepare, clean and stock treatment rooms
Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by establishing and following standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations.

Skills

Proven working experience as a medical assistant
Knowledge of medical office management systems and procedures
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
