Clinical Medical Assistant – Full-Time (Evaluation Services)
About the RoleThe IMA Group is hiring a Medical Assistant to help facilitate structured medical evaluations in a clinic setting. This position focuses on supporting providers and ensuring a smooth, efficient patient experience. No on-call requirements.
Work Schedule
  • Full-time, shifts scheduled between 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Rotating schedule may include occasional Saturdays (planned ahead)
Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with providers during patient assessment visits
  • Collect and document vital signs, histories, and basic health data
  • Complete clinical tasks such as blood draws, EKGs, and screenings
  • Prepare and restock exam rooms; maintain equipment readiness
  • Support accurate documentation and patient flow throughout the day
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required; formal MA training preferred
  • Previous experience in a medical or clinical environment required
  • Certification as a Medical Assistant is beneficial but not required
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a detail-oriented approach
Pay & Benefits
  • Starting rate: $18.50/hour

Our Clinical Research Division performs all types of Phase II-IV clinical trials in multiple therapeutic areas through a flexible nationwide network of site locations and virtual capabilities.
