As a Medical Assistant, you’ll support our NPs working remotely and cardiologists by:

• Preparing patients for telehealth visits

• Managing pre- and post-visit workflows

• Ensuring timely follow-up and documentation.

• Verify visit readiness

• Assist with medication reviews

• Coordinate testing and referrals

• Facilitate communication across teams to deliver seamless care.

Requirements

• Proven experience in outpatient clinics or hospital settings with familiarity in cardiology or related specialties such as internal medicine or geriatrics.

• Demonstrated ability to perform intake assessments, monitor vital signs accurately, and support medication administration protocols.

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and compliance standards.
