Medical Assistant

Pride Health is hiring a Medical Assistant to support our client's healthcare facility in Corsicana, TX.

Job Details:

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Location: Corsicana, TX 75110

Job Type: Local Contract

Contract Length: 9 weeks

Pay Range: $21.00 to $23.00/hour on W2

Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.

Duties:

• Room patients and assist with clinical intake and preparation.
• Perform phlebotomy and collect blood specimens as required.
• Complete clerical and administrative Medical Assistant tasks.
• Support daily patient care activities and maintain an organized clinical environment.

Requirements:

• Certification(s): Medical Assistant Certification required
• Years of experience: Minimum 2 years of Medical Assistant experience
• Skills/Specialties/Technology: Medical Assistant experience, phlebotomy, patient rooming, lab draws, and clerical MA duties.

• Dress Code: Navy, Gray, or Black scrubs
• Travel: No
