Job Title: Medical Assistant
Location:  Downey, CA 90242
Duration: 1 year of Contract (Extensions highly possible)
Shift: 08:30 AM to 05:00 PM
Compensation:
Pay: $40/hour 

Job Summary:

Experience in an OB/GYN clinic setting and familiarity with pregnancy and infertility are essential.

Job requirements:
Message management, appointments scheduling, calling patients, pending referrals, working with outside contracting centers with reports, working with local medical office building support staff and anything else deemed necessary to support the physician practice with Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility
Responsibilities:

• Manage patient messages and communications.
• Schedule appointments and follow up with patients.
• Handle pending referrals and coordinate with outside facilities.
• Obtain and manage reports from contracting centers.
• Coordinate with local medical office building staff.
• Provide administrative and clinical support to the physician practice.
• Perform other duties necessary to support the clinic and patient care.

• Certifications: RMA or CCMA
• Experience:1+ years of experience of OB/gyn
