 What You’ll Do 

 Patient Care & Clinical Support 

- Welcome and guide patients through their visit, ensuring comfort and efficiency 

- Assist patients with mobility, positioning, and preparation for exams 

- Collect vital signs and patient health information (history, medications, allergies) 

- Perform point-of-care testing and handle specimen collection and processing 

- Support physicians and nurse practitioners during procedures 

 Care Coordination & Communication 

- Communicate care instructions to patients and families with clarity and empathy 

- Handle patient calls and ensure continuity of care 

- Coordinate schedules and maintain smooth patient flow 

 Administrative & Office Responsibilities 

- Maintainaccurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic medical systems 

- Process prescription refill requests (with provider approval) 

- Manage incoming medical records, lab results, imaging reports, and referrals 

- Perform inventory management and ensure clinical supplies are stocked 

- Maintain logs for medications, equipment, and safety protocols 

- Help ensure a safe, compliant, and well-organized clinical environment 

 

What We’re Looking For 

- Current CPR/BCLS certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross) 

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills 

- Excellent customer service mindset with a patient-first approach 

- Solid computer and organizational skills 

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment 

- Cultural awareness and sensitivity to diverse patient populations
