Position Summary
We are looking for a dependable and energetic Medical Assistant with exceptional phlebotomy skills, particularly with complex blood draws. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and passionate about patient care and wellness-focused medicine.


This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with patients, multitasking in a dynamic environment, and learning about innovative therapies and advanced wellness treatments.


Responsibilities


  • Perform routine and complex blood draws with confidence and accuracy
  • Prepare patients for examinations and procedures
  • Obtain and document vital signs, medical history, and patient information
  • Assist providers during patient visits and treatments
  • Maintain accurate and timely medical records
  • Educate patients on treatment plans and wellness protocols as directed
  • Prepare treatment rooms and maintain clinical cleanliness standards
  • Manage inventory and medical supplies
  • Support front office operations when needed
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a welcoming patient experience
  • Learn and assist with holistic and alternative therapies offered in the practice
Qualifications


  • Medical Assistant certification required
  • Strong phlebotomy experience required
  • Experience with difficult or complex blood draws strongly preferred
  • CPR certification preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Interest in holistic, integrative, and alternative medicine
  • EMR experience preferred

Schedule


  • Full-time
  • Monday through Friday
