MEDICAL ASSISTANT

Our busy Dermatology medical practice in Great Neck is seeking a motivated and dependable Medical Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, and enjoys working in a patient-centered environment.



Responsibilities
        Assist the physician during exams and procedures
        Prepare exam rooms and maintain cleanliness and supplies
        Record patient histories, vital signs, and other medical information
        Handle phone calls, scheduling, and patient follow-up as needed
        Ensure compliance with HIPAA and office protocols



Qualifications
        Medical Assistant certification or equivalent experience preferred
        Excellent communication and multitasking skills
        Knowledge of EMR systems a plus
        Friendly, professional demeanor and strong work ethic
