Position: Medical Assistant

Location: Alton, IL
Employment Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 3640 hours per week
Pay Range: $16.50 $22.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Clinical Support: Assist in taking patient vitals, rooming patients, and

  recording accurate patient histories.

• Procedure Assistance: Prepare and assist with medical procedures as

  directed by the healthcare provider.

• Office Tasks: Handle basic medical office duties, including phone triage

  and maintaining patient records.
• Technology Use: Utilize Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 13 years as a Medical Assistant or in a medical office setting.

• Certification: Certified or Registered Medical Assistant (CMA or RMA) preferred; motivated CNAs or other healthcare support professionals are also encouraged to apply.

• Skills: Strong clinical and communication skills; proficiency in EMR

  systems and Microsoft Office; clinical triage experience is a plus.

• Specialty Experience: Experience in internal medicine or pain

  management is advantageous.
