This part-time evening role (10 hours per week) offers an outstanding work-life balance, allowing you to share your clinical knowledge and back-office skills while maintaining your daytime commitments.

Key Responsibilities
Instruction & Curriculum Delivery:
Lesson Planning: Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans tailored to various adult learning styles.
Objective-Driven Instruction: Plan instruction to achieve specific learning objectives based on student needs and curriculum requirements.
Course Enhancement: Continuously review and recommend improvements to course materials, including syllabi, homework assignments, and handouts.
Student Engagement & Academic Advising:
Grading & Feedback: Assess and grade students' coursework, assignments, and practical skill check-offs within 72 hours.
Mentorship: Maintain regularly scheduled face-to-face office hours to advise, tutor, and mentor students.
Early Intervention: Address academic or behavioral concerns directly with students, notifying the Assistant Dean of Faculty and Student Services Coordinator as needed.
Program Administration & Campus Engagement:
Record Keeping: Complete required documentation, including student files, attendance records, incident reports, and early alerts.
Clinical Supervision & Enrichment: Supervise student externships; organize guest lectures, community service trips, and visits to local medical facilities.
Campus & Compliance Participation: Participate in faculty meetings, advisory board discussions, in-service training, graduations, and workshops; enforce safety and security standards across all campus spaces.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
OR
A minimum of three (3) years of job-related training and experience for non-accredited program graduates.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), video-conferencing tools, and general computer applications.
Required Licenses, Certifications, or Registrations:
Current, unencumbered national registration or certification through an accredited agency (CMA or RMA), or the ability to obtain one prior to start.
Any additional current license, certification, or credential required by local, state, and federal laws.
Compensation & Part-Time Benefits
Hiring Range: $20.80 to $24.96 per hour.
Schedule: Part-Time (10 hours per week: Tuesday & Thursday 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM + admin time).

Pima Medical Institute started changing lives in 1972 when Richard Luebke Sr. and his wife, JoAnn, brought to life their dream of providing quality medical career education. They opened the first campus in Tucson, Arizona, preparing students to become nursing assistants.
