A healthcare organization is seeking a Medical Assistant (MA) in Louisville, KY for a one-day assignment supporting a high-volume drug screening event. The role involves assisting with screenings, documentation, and clinic flow in a fast-paced onsite setting.
About the Opportunity:
- Shift: Day
- Schedule: Thursday, August 20
- Hours: 7am to 6pm
- Setting: Onsite healthcare event
Responsibilities:
- Perform drug screenings in a high-volume event setting
- Assist with check-in and administrative support
- Ensure accurate documentation and chain-of-custody procedures
- Support clinic flow and patient throughput
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant workspace
Qualifications:
- Medical Assistant experience required
- Ability to work a full shift
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Reliable and comfortable in fast-paced, high-volume environments
Desired Skills:
- Experience with Drug Screens or Occupational Health
- Experience supporting check-in and administrative functions
