Qualifications
Requirments
High School Diploma or GED
Must be graduates of an approved Medical Assistant program.
Less than one year or more of Medical Assistant experience
Skills
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple tasks
Knowledge of ambulatory healthcare or related healthcare fields
Skilled in conflict resolution
Ability to use computers
Licensure/Certifications
Must obtain Medical Assistant certification within 6 months of hire or transfer into the position.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
