Medical Assistant

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medical Assistant with Dermatology or Aesthetics experience. In this role, you will play a vital part in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our medical facility. Responsibilities

• Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures.

• Perform routine clinical tasks such as taking vital signs, drawing blood, and preparing lab specimens.

• Manage patient records and ensure accurate documentation in electronic health systems.

• Schedule appointments and coordinate patient flow to optimize clinic efficiency.

• Provide patient education and support, addressing any questions or concerns.

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety and infection control protocols.

• Collaborate with team members to enhance patient care and improve clinic operations.

Qualifications

• Certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, or minimum 6 months of experience)
• BLS
• TB
• Phelbotomy Certification ( optional)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centered approach.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy healthcare environment.
• Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and basic office software.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and basic clinical procedures.
