Pay: $20.00–$23.00 per hour (Based on Experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Medical Assistant – Kidney Clinic | Oklahoma City, OK – Must-Have Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of clinical Medical Assistant experience preferred
• EPIC EMR experience required
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Certified or Registered Medical Assistant preferred (not required)
• Strong patient care and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced specialty clinic environment
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Medical Assistant – Kidney Clinic | Oklahoma City, OK – Position Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Medical Assistant to support providers in a busy and growing kidney clinic. This role is responsible for patient intake, clinical support, documentation in EPIC, and assisting with both clinical and front office workflows to ensure efficient, high-quality patient care.

Medical Assistant – Kidney Clinic | Oklahoma City, OK – Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Room patients and obtain vitals
• Prepare patients for exams and procedures
• Document medical history, medications, and vitals in EPIC
• Administer injections and assist with lab draws
• Coordinate referrals, authorizations, and follow-ups
• Maintain clean and stocked exam rooms
• Support patient scheduling and check-in/check-out as needed
• Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Assist providers with daily clinical workflow

• Strong EPIC proficiency
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
