At CareATC, we genuinely believe in revolutionizing employer-sponsored healthcare. We're passionate about our mission and deeply committed to providing exceptional, patient-centered solutions for our clients and their employees.

Deliver Relationship-Based Patient Care in a Collaborative Health Center Environment

Full-Time | Monday - Friday | 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM | Primary Care

Why CareATC is Different (and Why You’ll Love It Here)

At CareATC, we’re redefining healthcare through a relationship-centered, employer-sponsored model focused on quality care—not patient volume.

Through our partnership with LG&E-KU Energy, this role supports both Occupational Health and Primary Care services, helping deliver high-quality patient care while supporting the client’s occupational health and wellness mission.

Our Medical Assistants play a vital role in creating a welcoming, efficient, and patient-focused experience while supporting providers in delivering exceptional care. This unique role combines traditional primary care with occupational health, giving you the opportunity to broaden your experience while supporting employee wellness through various programs, onsite plant clinic services, and preventive care initiatives.

This is an opportunity to work in a collaborative clinic environment with predictable scheduling, meaningful patient relationships, and a team that values compassion, service, and work-life balance.

CareATC Advantages

  • Predictable schedules with no nights, holidays, or on-call responsibilities

  • Clinic services and medications available at little to no cost for employees and dependents

  • Comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Disability & Life Insurance

  • Low to No Cost Telehealth services starting on day one

  • Supportive, team-oriented culture focused on patient care and collaboration

  • Opportunity to work in a setting that prioritizes quality outcomes over patient volume

  • Compensation: $22-$24 per hour (based on experience)

Grow Your Clinical Skillset

If you're a Medical Assistant who loves learning, you'll fit right in. At CareATC, we invest in your growth by providing hands-on training in specialized clinical services, giving you the opportunity to expand your clinical skillset, gain valuable experience beyond a traditional Medical Assistant role, and continue building your career. Depending on the needs of the clinic, you may receive training in services such as audiograms, pulmonary function testing (PFTs), vision screenings, and drug and alcohol testing.
