Ade Medical Group is seeking a compassionate and efficient Medical Assistant to support our clinical team. This role focuses on patient rooming and follow-up callbacks, helping ensure smooth patient flow and excellent patient communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Room patients and prepare them for provider visits (vitals, medication review, chief complaint, etc.)
- Accurately document patient information in eClinicalWorks (eCW)
- Perform patient callbacks regarding lab results, provider instructions, and follow-up care
- Relay messages between patients and providers in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with scheduling follow-ups and coordinating care as needed
- Maintain clean, stocked, and organized exam rooms
- Support providers with basic clinical and administrative tasks
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Medical Assistant required
- Familiarity with eClinicalWorks (eCW) preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or equivalent certification
- Experience with patient callbacks, triage, or care coordination
- Bilingual skills are a plus (if applicable)
