Allura Workforce Solutions is now accepting résumés for upcoming temporary behavioral health assignments in Riverside and the surrounding Inland Empire. These opportunities include Behavioral Health Technician, Mental Health Worker, Case Manager, and Care Coordinator roles. Assignments support individuals receiving behavioral health services in outpatient, residential, or community-based settings. Duties, schedules, and worksites vary by assignment.

Qualifications
Experience in behavioral health, mental health, substance use treatment, social services, or community-based care relevant to the role.
Ability to communicate clearly with clients and care teams, maintain accurate documentation, and handle confidential information appropriately.
For case management and care coordination assignments, experience with referrals, service plans, or navigating community resources is preferred.
Education, credentials, and training requirements vary by assignment. Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
