Medical Assistant Substitute Instructor
Pay Rate: $30.35 per hour
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma, or equivalent
Two years of experience as a Medical Assistant
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate degree in related field, from an accredited college or university preferred
Current certification as a Medical Assistant or become certified within twelve months of hire, or have five years of combined industry and/or teaching experience in Medical Assisting preferred
Teaching experience in a secondary or post-secondary institution preferred
Experience in career and technical education preferred
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
Outstanding communication, interpersonal, professional, and organizational skills
Ability to function independently with minimal supervision
