Pay Rate: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

We are seeking a dependable Medical Assistant to provide both clinical and administrative support in a fast-paced medical environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with patients, supporting providers, and helping ensure the clinic operates efficiently each day.

These are the qualifications that matter.

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Medical Assistant certification (CMA, CCMA, or similar) preferred
• Previous experience in a clinic, medical office, or physician practice is a plus
• Basic knowledge of clinical procedures and medical terminology
• Familiarity with EMR systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong communication, organizational, and patient care skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance

Job Duties:

• Assist providers with patient exams, procedures, and clinical care
• Take and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
• Prepare exam rooms and sterilize medical equipment
• Collect and process laboratory specimens, including blood and urine samples
• Administer injections and medications as permitted by state regulations and company policies
• Document patient information accurately within EMR systems
• Verify insurance information and assist with referrals and authorizations
• Schedule patient appointments and provide front office support as needed
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance
• Assist with inventory management and daily clinic operations
