Job TitleEducation: High School Diploma Required skills & Experience: EPIC system experience Strong EOB knowledge Experience using payer portals (BCBS, UHC, etc.) Background working for a hospital, healthcare provider, or health insurance organizationJob ResponsibilitiesMinimum 2 years of healthcare experience (Hospital and/or Physician billing) Healthcare collections experience Payer portal experience Familiarity with commercial and government payers -such as BCBS and Medicare Epic experience Fast learner with the ability to work with minimal supervision Strong critical thinking skills and sound judgment
