We are seeking a temporary Medical Customer Service Representative to assist a busy specialty clinic. This role is responsible for delivering high quality customer service, scheduling appointments and ensuring accurate communication with various departments.
Wage: $19 - $21/hour
Schedule: M-F (8am-5pm)
Duties Include:
Answer incoming calls, emails and messages from patients and healthcare providers
Schedule, confirm and reschedule appointments
Verify patient information
Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Previous customer service experience, preferably in medical or healthcare setting
Previous EMR experience
Strong communication skills
Scheduling experience
