Job Description:

Management of front desk operations including patient check-in and check-out

Warmly greet patients upon arrival

Answering phones, making appointments and serving as a point of contact for general administrative questions

Maintenance of accurate patient charts

Verify insurance information, collect co-pays and balances

Maintain the general appearance of the waiting room

Demonstrate proficiency with PM/EHR system

Set a professional, warm and productive tone for the office
