Glenwood Behavioral Health Hospital is actively seeking an experienced and compassionate Full-Time Medical Director - Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to lead our clinical team in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Glenwood Behavioral Health is an 80-bed behavioral health hospital providing comprehensive inpatient and outpatient psychiatric services for adolescents ages 13-17 and adults ages 18 and older experiencing mental health and co-occurring substance use disorders.
This is an outstanding leadership opportunity for a physician who is passionate about delivering high-quality behavioral healthcare while helping shape and grow clinical services within a dynamic and patient-centered environment.
Position Overview
The Medical Director will provide clinical leadership and oversight for the hospital''s psychiatric services, ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and evidence-based patient care. This role partners closely with hospital leadership, medical staff, and interdisciplinary teams to maintain excellence in clinical outcomes, regulatory compliance, and patient satisfaction.
