MEDICAL DIRECTOR - MEDICAL AESTHETICS/SPA

Medical Director — Medical Aesthetics — Cleveland,Ohio

A confidential medical aesthetics organization is seeking a licensed physician for a Medical Director opportunity in the Cleveland area.

The required time commitment, level of involvement, physical-presence expectations, supervisory responsibilities, and clinical duties will depend on the organization’s services and all applicable state laws and regulations.

Potential Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight consistent with applicable law and the agreed-upon Medical Director arrangement
• Review clinical policies, protocols, standing orders, and emergency procedures
• Help confirm that providers are appropriately licensed, trained, and practicing within authorized scope
• Participate in chart review, quality assurance, and adverse-event review as required
• Remain available for appropriate clinical consultation and escalation
• Support provider onboarding and competency standards when applicable
• Collaborate with organizational leadership while maintaining independent clinical judgment

Qualifications

• MD or DO with an active and unrestricted license in Ohio
• Board certification may be preferred or required by the organization
• Relevant clinical experience appropriate to the services being provided
• Understanding of clinical oversight, patient safety, documentation, and regulatory responsibilities
• Ability to satisfy all applicable supervisory and physical-presence requirements

The title Medical Director does not by itself define the legal or operational responsibilities of the role. Exact duties, compensation, schedule, liability coverage, treatment expectations, and contractual terms must be reviewed and approved before an agreement is accepted.
