Job Title: Medical Director - Psychiatrist - Child and Adolescent

Location: Center for Autism and Developmental Disabilities (CADD) Lancaster, Pennsylvania

• Join a well-established program at our Center for Autism & Developmental Disabilities (CADD) providing direct patient care services at CADD.
• Outpatient position - Lancaster, PA - Monday-Friday days; excellent work-life balance
• Great career opportunity to work with a multi-disciplinary team with expertise in the treatment of social, emotional and behavioral issues affecting individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and Intellectual Disability (ID).
• Provides clinical consultation, education, and supervision to CADD team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Offers case consultation and clinical guidance to WellSpan Health community providers
• Participate actively in CADD's program development, implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Delivers clinical oversight and supervision to advanced practice providers, ensuring adherence to best practice and regulatory standards.
• Provides supervision of medical students and residents through participation in the WellSpan Health medical education program.
