What You’ll Be Doing

This is a small animal general practice focused on care for dogs and cats. Your clinical work can include wellness and preventive medicine, diagnostics, general surgery, dentistry, and client education.

You'll balance medical leadership with hands-on care, helping support thoughtful clinical decisions and strong relationships with pet owners. The role is suited to someone who values evidence-based medicine while understanding the importance of clear communication and practical treatment planning.

• Role: Full-time Medical Director

• Licensure: Wisconsin veterinary license or eligibility to obtain one
• Compensation: Base salary up to $150,000, depending on qualifications and experience
• Additional earning potential: Quarterly production bonus with no negative accrual, plus a leadership stipend
• Additional support: Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance
• Schedule: Flexible scheduling is offered
