Compensation:
Base salary: $300, 000
Signing bonus: $100, 000, paid $50, 000 in Year 1 and $50, 000 in Year 2
$10, 000 relocation assistance
200 hours PTO/CME (5 weeks)
$5, 000 annual CME and board certification allowance
403(b) retirement plan with 4% employer match starting Year 2

Job/Practice Description: Occupational Medicine / Medical Director
80% clinical practice / 20% administrative leadership
Clinical split: 50% Urgent Care, 30% Occupational Health
Occupational medicine services include work-related injury care, occupational physicals, and return-to-work evaluations
Medical Director duties: develop clinical policies/protocols, oversee quality initiatives and OPPE processes, collaborate with and support APPs, train and onboard new providers, partner with operational leaders on service line goals
Medical Review Officer (MRO) certification preferred; willingness to obtain required
Requirements:
MD/DO
Board certification appropriate to Occupational Medicine
MRO certification preferred, or willingness to obtain
